Learn to make a 2 strand twist bracelet

This bracelet is 8 inches, including the clasp. To create the piece shown you'll need to cut a piece of flexible beading wire at least 21 inches in length. Grab the wire at half of the length (the halfway point) and fold it in half so that you now have a two strands approx 10.5 inches in length. Take the looped/folded end and slide it through a jump ring. Then take the two cut ends and slide them through the looped end of the wire - this will secure the wire when you pull it tight. Place a crimp tube on the doubled strands and crimp the wire so the two strands are secure. Using another jump ring, attach either the bar or the toggle loop (choose one end of the clasp) to the jump ring.

Arrange beads and cut tubes on both strands as shown. Cross one strand over the other strand (only once) before passing each strand through a crimp bead and then through a jump ring, and then, back through the crimp tube before crimping. You must do a double pass with each strand (only a thinner wire will allow you to do this - see below in the supplies needed section) in order to properly secure the beads. Attach the other end of the toggle clasp with another jump ring to finish this piece.

To create the design above you will need the following items

Soft Flex 21 - 0.014 or Soft Flex 49 0.019 (1 spool - this project will not work with a larger diameter wire)

4mm Swarovski bicones (32 - 16 of one color and 16 of another or mix for a variety of colors - we used Jet, Black Diamond and Turquoise)

6mm Swarovski Crystals (12 total - 6 of one color and 6 of another color - We used Jet and Blue Zircon)

Silver Noodles 2 x 15mm (1 package)

3mm Sterling Silver Round Beads (1 package)

Sterling Silver Heart Toggle Clasp (1)

Sterling Silver Crimp Beads or Twisted Crimp Tubes (1 package)

5mm or 6mm Sterling Jump Rings (1 package)
