Bluesage Beads - Our Philosophy and Goals
As an online bead store, our goal is to provide our customers with high quality beads, findings and beading supplies at fair prices while maintaining a level of customer service that surpasses other online bead stores. Started in August of 2003, Bluesage Beads (also know as Bluesage Jewelry) developed this philosophy and is committed to it today.
We offer a variety of beads and findings to fit any budget. Additionally, you can shop for beading wire and other bead stringing supplies, as well as, beading tools and beading books. If you're looking for some freebies, try our Beading Projects category. These Beading Projects and Jewelry Making Ideas are free and many of the projects show step-by-step how to create the jewelry.
Wholesale bead pricing is available through our *Quantity Pricing program. This tiered quantity pricing program is available for many, but not all, of the items on our site. To learn more about this program, click here.
Another feature we offer is our monthly Newsletter. The Newsletter is free and is only sent out once a month. It highlights new inventory, industry related news, 1 or more beading projects and a discount coupon. We understand that privacy is important to our customers and we do not, under any circumstance, sell or mailing list or any information contained in our mailing list to anyone.
Returns are easy at Bluesage Beads. If you're unhappy with any of the products (excluding books, wire and stringing materials, used items and items purchased over 30 days ago - please see the return policy section for further details), just contact us by phone or email for a return authorization number. You MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to return items and receive a credit. It is also suggested that you insure your returns in case of loss.
