Orders: Orders can be placed on the website and only on the website. We do not take orders via the phone or fax. Although you may contact us on the telephone, during the hours of 9am - 5pm PST, we prefer that you will use our email address to contact us. This helps us keep our costs low, and enables us to pass savings along to you. The minimum order that will be processed is $18.00, excluding any shipping or sales tax (California residents only) charges. Orders will ship within 1 business day from the time you have placed your order. You will receive an email confirming the placement of your order. Additionally, you will be notified once your order has shipped. As always, we want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one.

Shipping: Most items will be shipped within 1 business day from the time you place your order.  At this time we ship to the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico and select countries.  For more information about international orders and the shipping policies and charges that apply to these orders,  please see the International Shipping section.  The shipping method used by Bluesage Beads will be United States Postal Service.  We currently offer LOW COST SHIPPING at $1.99 - this does not include Priority Mail shipping.  Below is a schedule for shipping charges - keep in mind many Internet Stores charge a flat fee of 5.00 alone for handling. These rates apply regardless of weight.

ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS - $1.99 SHIPPING VIA USPS FIRST CLASS.

All PRIORITY MAIL ORDERS (2-3 days) have a shipping and handling charge of $6.89.  Priority Mail has a typical delivery time of (2-3 days, not including the day of shipment) but is NOT GUARANTEED to arrive in 2-3 days by either the United States Postal Service or Bluesage Beads.  This is only the normal/typical delivery time. 

Back Orders: At present, Bluesagebeads will not do backorders. If we are out of stock on an item, check back within 5-7 days, as we continually replenish our stock. We continually strive to meet your needs. If an item you wish to purchase has been out of stock for more than a week, please accept our apology for the inconvenience.

Sales Tax: It is a requirement that we collect both State and Local Sales Tax on any orders that ship to a California address. If you have a California Resale Permit, you will be required to mail or fax a copy of the permit before we can begin shipping orders to you without the Sales Tax charge. Contact us by phone or email for the fax number.

Privacy Policy: We do not, under any circumstance, sell or trade your email address.  If you signup for the newsletter or place an order with us, you can be assured that your information (including email address, name, address, phone number and any other information) will not be shared.  We respect your privacy and understand that spam is a major problem.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any feature of the service and services we provide including, but not limited to, availability of items, hours of availability, marketing practices and policies, shipping methods, return policies, and any affiliate programs.  We reserve the right to terminate any customers/member account for any reason.  Bluesage Beads and Bluesage Jewelry are not responsible for any misprints on this site.  This site contains copyrighted material including photos that are owned by Bluesage Jewelry.  It is unlawful for you to copy any material from this site.  You may not under any circumstances copy these photos or any other material contained in the site without the prior written consent of Bluesage Jewelry. You may contact us by e-mail for permission to use any material on this site.  Failure to procure our permission prior to use of our material may result in litigation.
